Cupping

Gua Sha
Gua Sha is a traditional therapeutic technique that complements the practices of acupuncture and massage, contributing to a comprehensive approach to health and well-being. Originating from ancient Chinese medicine, gua sha involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool to stimulate blood flow, release tension, and promote the body’s natural healing mechanisms.

Alpha Stim Meditation ($10)
Alpha-Stim is a device that sends gentle electrical pulses to your brain through small pads placed on your ears. The idea is that these pulses will rebalance your brain, helping you feel better. In other words, it’s like giving your brain a tiny massage to help it relax and recuperate. This add-on treatment is ideal for anyone suffering from anxiety, depression, or insomnia.

Compression Boots ($10)
Therabody Compression Boots are special boots designed to boost blood flow in the legs by gently squeezing the legs in a rhythmic pattern, starting from the foot and moving upwards. Compression boots are an effective way to improve circulation, reduce swelling, prevent blood clots, and promote recovery.
